A guaranteed reservation holds your Visitors Inn room(s) or suite(s) all night in your name, with your credit card number from any one of these internationally recognized credit cards.



Visitors Inn Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Our hotel policy is to cancel your guaranteed reservation without incurring any charges to you in most cases. If you wish to cancel your reservations you can do so by simply contacting our hotel staff before your cancellation deadline and obtain a cancellation number to avoid being charged. Some restrictions may apply. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. If you would like to set-up billing or invoicing for your company or organization, please let us know when making your reservation.

The cancellation deadline for one room is 4:00 pm on the arrival date. The cancellation deadline for one Suite is 4:00 pm, the day prior to arrival. The cancellation deadline for two rooms is 4:00 pm, the day prior to arrival. The cancellation deadline for three or more rooms is 4:00 pm two days prior to the arrival date.

Please note, for special events or group bookings, the cancellation deadline may be subject to chance. If you have any questions concerning our cancellation policies, please contact us directly and our staff will be pleased to assist you.

Check In Time:

Guaranteed check in time is 2:00 pm, however if you arrive at the hotel earlier, we will do our best to provide you with an early check in. If your room(s) are not ready, we can store your luggage at the front desk.

Check Out Time:

Check out time is 11:00 am. If you require a late check out, please make arrangements with the helpful and friendly staff at our Front Desk. Extended checkouts are based on current availability at the time of request.
